I'm really impressed with this retailer because most merchants who have any Ugg Wahine boots left (they're pretty much sold out everywhere) are marking the boots WAY above retail (in some cases, almost double the retail price). Not only was I able to find the Uggs I've been coveting for months at onlineshoes.com, but they also sold me these otherwise-impossible-to-find boots at the fair retail price, not one penny more -- PLUS they gave me free shipping!

Experience was not out of the ordinary for ordering shoes on line EXCEPT for the fact many companies do not make the customer pay for return shipping if the customer desires a refund (no matter what the cause for the refund). Since I have very hard to fit feet, I frequently send shoe back - more often than not. Because of that reason, I will direct future purchases to places that pay for return shipping, such as ZAPPOS.com. Thank you.

Easy to navigate site. These water aerobic shoes were recommended by my physical therapist. I'm glad I didn't have to shop in stores for them because they would have been a very hard to find item in my area. I just received them yesterday. They fit, but I haven't tried them out in the water.
