I have ordered several items from OpticsPlanet but mainly Bianchi Holsters for my firearm. I spent quite a bit of time researching the various vendors both local and on the net before I decided to purchase from them. Their inventory and selection is second to none and their prices are some of the best I found. There were a few sellers who had lower listed prices but their shipping charges were astronomical making the total purchase price a lot more than OpticsPlanet. Talking with their sales team is simple whether its over the phone or through email. They respond promptly and in my case with the answers I was looking for.  The only bad thing I can say about them is that they may not have exact product knowledge for a particular item all the time but when you look at the inventory of all the items they carry you really can't expect them to. I've got them saved in my favorites and will certainly do more business with them

1. Best prices around, especially when you factor in the free shipping on orders over $30(I've seen others that claim free shipping but it's usually for orders $100 or more)  2. Knowledgeable team that's easy to reach over the phone or email  3. Fast order processing  4. Last but certainly not least, they do what they say they'll do with no lip service or bait and switch. A+++++
