Overall, I guess it was a good experience.  Personally, I had never heard of Optics Planet and definitely had no idea what I was ordering, but my son, who is a Marine currently serving in the middle east, sent me an email requesting that I go on-line to Optics Planet.  He gave me the manufacturer, the product name, the model numbers, and the id numbers and asked me to order the items from Optics Planet.  Once I went to Optics Planet Online Store, it was relatively easy to find the items -- especially since I knew the brand name and item numbers--and purchasing them was easy.  I do have one complaint and that was because one of the items ordered was on back order. I had to wait to receive the entire order til the one on backorder came in and that took well over a week.  My son is an aviation electronics technician (he works on helicopters) and he specifically requested these lights to assist with his job.  Since mail delivery in the middle east is definitely sporadic, it would have been nice to be able to send at least one of the items earlier. However, once the item came off backorder, it was shipped and received in a timely manner.
