I had recently ordered from Oriental Trading Co. and am very satisfied with my items. I had ordered Personalized Candy Cane pencils, as well as the giant stocking and gingerbread man mugs. They have a great selection of really cute and fun items that are very difficult to find elsewhere, and at great affordable prices that go on sale quite often! I'm sure that if I wanted the same item and it was available at Oriental Trading and my local convenience store that Oriental would have the cheaper price guaranteed.

Their customer service is particularly outstanding.
I had ordered the express delivery for 3-5 business days, and my package hadn't arrived by the 5th business day. I called and they immediately refunded my entire shipping and handling charge! Too bad I got my items a day late :( But the it was snowing and raining up and down the states, so I'm sure FedEx ran into plenty of problems. This was great and speedy service that I had not expected to be done so graciously, seeing as how I have had my share of problems with online ordering. Also, I just ordered a few days ago, right in the midst of holiday shopping, so I would say that everything was taken care of with great consideration!

They also offer lots of discounts regularly and lots of free/discounted shipping offers, which is great since it is the holidays and everyone is shopping around for the best deals!
