Orvis.com has a lot of great goodies for anyone, especially pet owners. Some categories are:fly fishing, women's clothing, men's clothing, travel, country home, wingshooting, a sale room and gifts. They were founded in 1856 Charles F. Orvis founds The Orvis Company in Manchester, Vermont.

They offer a newsletter is full of special sale opportunities, exciting new product developments and a lot more! Easy shopping by using the item number. This is easier then other sites. I ordered some items from them a few weeks ago, they say it leaves the warehouse within 24 hours. They were right on the money. It arrived here within 8 days. They have a special page where you can enter in your order number and zip code for assistance on where your order is. I found it to be very helpful. Of course you can email them or call customer service as well.

For easy online shopping they accept: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and JCB for on-line purchases. As well as checks and money orders through the mail.

Great for the fisherman! You can get your fishing reports here, international fishing tips, plus information on obtaining your fishing license online.

Their shipping charges are very reasonable as well. For $25 just add $3.95 and if you spend $200 or more it is only $14.95. That to me is good shipping charges. You can order gift certificates and give to your family and friends and they can spend them right online.

Orvis donates 5% of pre-tax profits annually to organizations that protect fish and wildlife habitat. Wow! It is very nice to read this and that over the last five years they have donated over $5 million dollars already to these types of organizations. This is very touching to me, since I am an animal lover.
