I placed an order 12-7-08. Due to mypast experience with this merchant, I stated that I did not want portions of my order shipped until they notified me of what was not available. I usually order cuz I really need 1 or 2 items and then just add more to get free shipping. If the items that I really wanted weren't available then I would simply cancel the order B4 it was shipped.

I inquired of the status on 12-12-08 which they responded that day that there were items on backorder but they were shipping out what was available. The main items of my order were being shipped so I let it progress as is.

A few days before Christmas I inquired about the backordered items, since 1 was intended to be a gift. No response. 1 week later I emailed again. No response. A week after that I emailed again - This time they tell me my order was shipped.....but that was the shipment of the instock items - i was inquiring about the status of the BO items. Another email explaining this to them and a few days later they respond with the items are still on BO with no ETA. I respond back that I do not wish to wait and want the cost of the items credited back to my account. A few days later they apologize and tell me that my account will be credited. Well that shut me up for 2 weeks but when I realized my account wasn't credited I emailed them. They email me back that credit info isn't retained for longer than 2 wks so they couldn't credit me and wanted my card#. I refused to email my card info and gave them contact #'s to call me for the info.(along with multiple phone call attempts to which the rep was only able to take orders - messages left for billing were never returned) They never did contact me. I emailed them 1 last time telling them they had to get in contact with me. Now we were into February and there was too much effort on my part to straighten out an order placed with them.

This is not a company to do business with. I have ordered from them a few times in the past and although I may have run into snags they were always corrected. It should not be this much work to buy from a company....and with all the other negative reviews coming in recently on Outlet Nutrition, I advise consumers to go elsewhere for your vitamins and health products.  I am now ordering from LuckyVitamin.com and my experience so far has been very positive.
