I was totally pleased with my shopping experience and the products I received.

I have no complaints with Overstock, persay, but I am disapointed with the quality of the products I bought. I just don't think I am going to buy any more linens online. Although, it would help immensely if Overstock would list the companies that things are made by. Then it would be easier to know if the items were from a reliable company or not.

We tried twice to get this bookshelf shipped in good condition. Both times it was signficantly damaged with broken packing and dented and crushed panels. Too bad...we really liked the product but they didn't ship it properly protected.

I comparison shop all the time. The items I bought saved me between $11 (11% better than the best price I could find)and $50 not even taking postage into consideration. I received the item 2 days from point of purchase and I did not pay any express shipping cost. I'm extremely satisfied with Overstock.com and will use them again. This was my first purchase with them.

I purchased ink cartridges which were not what they were advertised to be, they appear to be worthless. Shortly after that I received fraudulent charges on my credit card. I'll never shop at Overstock.com again.

YOU HAVE HAD USE OF MY MONEY FOR THREE WEEKS AND I HAVE NOTHING! CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID TODAY ANOTHER REPLACEMENT WILL BE SHIPPED "ASAP." THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PROMISED TO PROVIDE E-MAIL CONFORMATION OF OUR 5 AUGUST TELEPHONE CONVERSATION AS WELL AS CONFIRMATION OF THE REPLACEMENT ORDER AND ITS SHIPMENT.
