i placed my first order recently with Overstock.com.  i was searching for rugs for my kitchen and wanted a dense pile and cool design.  i needed LOTS of rugs as the room is quite large.  The selection at Overstock.com was amazing!  And ordering was so easy a first grader could have done it. i did not pay extra for Express shipping, but my order arrived in what seemed like minutes! i was thrilled that no matter how much your order totals, the shipping remains at only -- is it $2.95 or $3.95?  Something delicious! for your bank account! Unfortunately for me, i was disappointed in the quality of part of my purchase, (and ended up having to pay close to $50 in return shipping) BUT first Chase and then Matt made returning a pleasure!  They were both as helpful as could be with Matt glowing in the personality plus column!  i am disappointed that i had to return most of the rugs i ordered (all the same item just various sizes) having believed several of the reviews that said the quality was what it was NOT, but i am not disillusioned and believe that Overstock.com has a lot of great deals.  i shall definitely try again! One thing i have learned, though, is that when ordering several of the same item, order only ONE initially.  This allows one to check the quality, etc; and if it is necessary to make a return, shipping will be MUCH less!  Live and learn!
