I ordered 7 PDAs and had to do it in two "trips". The first time, the site was really quick and easy. The second time, the site was really, really, really slow. It was still easy because I knew where I was going, just time consuming becuase of the slowness. I would definately come back. I like how quick the items are sent out.

PC connection was not up to my expectations. I have ordered a item on the 22nd of this month and it is now the 29th and i cant even see the status of my order. It does not show that the product is even on the waiting list (preorder) it just shows that they took my money. When i go to order tracking on the website and use the number given to me in the e-mail i recived it says there are no matching records on file. This makes me wonder if i am going to recive my item when it comes into stock or am i just about of $130.00. If i lost my $130.00 then you will be sure to hear from me again.........

The default ground shipping was FAST. The package arrived one day earlier that the tracking information estimated (and that was already fast). Sure wish other companies (not just computer-related) could do the same.

I have shopped online at PC Connection and Mac Connection for several years, usually without any problems. There was, however, a misunderstanding regarding shipping. I ordered a hard drive early Thursday evening with the understanding it would ship that night and be delivered on Friday. However, it didn't ship until Friday and I paid "overnight" shipping charges to get Monday delivery.

All items were in stock when I placed he order but then found out when the first 2 shipped thatb the third wasn;t in stock and their was not "time frame" when it would be shipped and since I ordered everything 2 day it's obvious I was in a rush to have all the product (which I still don't have the third item as of today).
