Speed of delivery was great. Unfortunately, they sent me a cord that was obviously broken. All anyone would have to do is look through the see-through package to see that it was missing an entire connector! I've received items that didn't work before and I understand that a retailer can't test every product that they ship, but in this case anyone doing their job could easily have seen that this cord was defective.
As if getting a defective product wasn't frustrating enough, contacting their customer service got me a brush-off email telling me "You can however contact the manufacturer about the semi defective unit and they may be able to ship one sooner than we would." So now they are calling a cord with an entire missing connector "semi defective" and telling me it's not their problem.
The crazy thing is that any company would be stupid enough to risk their reputation over a measly $20 cord. That is incomprehensible in my book.
I always make a point to keep track of how companies deal with problems, and I was fully underwhelmed with PC Universe.
I will tell everyone anytime I have a chance:
DO NOT DEAL WITH PC UNIVERSE!!
