Slow, awful customer service, missing product, I will never do business there again

This place is awful.
They told me they were shipping my palm pilot and it should be here in 5-10 days. It never came. I waited and waited. Finally I tried to contact their customer service only to find out they don't have a phone number you have to put in an electronic ticket and hope they get back to you or wait for their online chat to become available (this rarely happens). Finally the chat became available I gave them my order number and then the chat went off line (while I was talking to them). A half an hour later it came back on. I once again gave them my order number. They told me the email I received must have been a mistake because they did not have the product I ordered in stock. But conveniently it just came back into stock and they would ship it out today and it will take 5-10 days. I wanted my palm pilot 2 weeks ago what is another week. Then I finally got it today. (I ordered it April 8th) and it came with a music CD in a CD sleeve marked Z22. I wanted to believe it so I put it in my computer and nothing happened. So now I finally have a palm and I cannot sync it with my computer.
Not to mention a few days ago there was a fraudulent $200 purchase on my debit card and Gizmo2Go and Amazon were the only places I had used that debit card in the last month.
Im still waiting to hear back from the ticket I put in about the software that was not included.
It sounds like they have great deals but believe me save yourself the trouble and stay away.
