my experience was HORRIBLE. in short, they manipulated my electronic paperwork months after my original purchase so that they wouldn't have to replace my product while it was still under warranty.
please, please, please do not make the mistake of ordering from them. you will be attracted by the low price, but you end up losing so much money in the long run.
here's my story:
i bought a DEMO ipod with a one year replacement package. it broke after about 3 days. i sent back the ipod, and they sent me a REFURBISHED ipod replacement. the refurbished ipod was a mess- totally scratched up, the wheel didn't work, and there was a sticky residue all over it, as though the previous owner had stickers plastered over the face. this one stopped working in less than a week. long story short, i ended up needing three replacements because the products never worked.
with each of these replacements, they kept sending me worn-out refurbished ipods instead of lightly used demos. i thought it was an honest mistake, but when i asked them about it, they insisted that i had never purchased a demo. they went so far as to alter my electronic invoice to make it appear as though my original purchase was refurbished. i still had the paper copy of my demo purchase, and offered to fax it to them as proof, but they completely ignored my emails.
btw- you can only communicate via email. no phone. no physical store. if you have a real problem, they simply ignore your emails.
in short- they're manipulative thieves. no legitimate company would alter your paperwork to avoid having to replace a product still under warranty.
i only saved $35 on the original purchase. but between buying so many warranties and having to pay to ship back my broken ipods, i've lost way more than $35... not to mention the $200 i lost since i still don't have a working ipod.
oh yeah- and when i tried to purchase a second year warranty, they charged my credit card for$200 for a second ipod instead of $25 for the warranty.
