As a first time customer I experienced superb service from Gizmos2Go.

I ordered a Palm Tungsten T1-T2-T3 High Capacity Replacement battery for my Palm Handheld whose battery was shot and away from the cradle within three minutes it had sunk from 100% to 2% at which point if I didn't turn it off I lost all my data.

As far as ordering the replacement battery I experienced first class communication, speedy delivery and extremely clear instructions on the life and use of the battery (although not how to install it!).  Plus it was supplied at the most competitive price on the internet in the UK as far as I was able to tell.   I would recommend Gizmos2Go to anyone and will certainly use them again myself. 

As to the battery itself, I am in seventh heaven.  My five year old Palm Tungsten T3 is as new.  The battery was still registering 100% after five hours away from the charging cradle.  The only downside to installing the new high capacity battery was the delicate skill required to get into my Palm handheld for which I needed the help of an IT manager. It was complicated and slightly nerve wracking, although having watched him I could do it again myself now.   During the operation he felt it sensible to consult a website in order to open the handheld.
