If it were possible to give these people less than a ZERO, I would.  I had to replace a fragile, broken right hand shelf support for a refrigerator door. Their web site was great but the picture of the item on the site did not look exectly like the part I needed. When I called, on March 3, their rep was very pleasant; told me the part I'd selected was not correct but they did have the proper part available. I decided to order two of these and two left hand supports. She took the order and said my receipt would be sent by e-mail.
 
When I got the receipt the next day, I saw that the parts cost $21.60 while shipping, handling and tax came to $15.38, 42% of the total cost of the order and 71% of the cost of the parts. Also, the part that I needed was listed as a "plug", clearly an inappropriate description.
I called them again on 3/4 to cancel the order since nothing had been shipped. Their rep put the cancellation order though. I was relieved that I was able to cancel the unusually high costs for shipping, handling and tax as well as the "PLUG" and the aother parts I didn't really need.
On 3/5 I received an e-mail noting that the LH support was ready to be shipped by the warehouse and could not be canceled.
on 3/8 I received an e-mail that both parts were on backorder. When I called that evening, their rep informed me that the order had indeed been canceled.
I called my credit card company and was told that my card had already been charged for the full cost of the entire order. This gets them less than ZERO for their pledge that I would not be charged until the part was shipped.
On 3/10 I received an e-mail that the LH support was shipped on 3/9 and when I went to the door, the package was there and waiting. This gets them less than ZERO for accuracy of communication and their total inability or unwillingness to use the four+ days in between to fully cancel the order.
I am still waiting for the "PLUG" on the assumption this is the right hand support that I needed to begin with and they have not replied to my e-mails and I have not been able to get through to them by phone.
I've been using the internet for purchases for many years. This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had and, even if they not put out of business, I will NEVER use them again. Based on my experience, and I am obviously not alone, I plan to avoid using them to buy ANYTHING as fervently as I would avoid a carrier of the Bubonic Plague. There are too many excellent and reliable companies on the internet, to waste your time and money on an operation like this. Be warned.
