It was easy to find what I was looking for. Two men's colognes were not available, but then they haven't been available at any store so I'm not surprised.

I bought some perfume for my wife from PerfumeEmporium.com for Valentines day. The perfume was as promised, just 3 days after Valentines day. After receiving the package I looked at the ship date, 7 days after I placed my order! So if you need to get your perfume sooner than two weeks (thats how long it took to get my order) I would go somewhere else. Sloooooow shipping.

Update - After contacting PerfumeEmporium they first blew off my complaint but then looked it up and realized their mistake. Not only did they refund my shipping but they also gave me back some $ for the trouble they caused me.

The web site was fine. Ordering went smoothly enough. Product (Jaipur after shave balm by Boucheron)arrived within six days. The problem was that what was in the tube (which was marked "not for individual resale") was not the same product which I have been using for over four years now. Instead of the usual white color this stuff had a brown cast and a very different (and very weak) scent. I am entirely unsatisfied and will never deal with these guys again.
Update: Sat. 12-23-06...I recieved a full refund on my credit card after sending an email to Perfume Emporium listing the above complaint. I consider that a very quick and satisfactory response.

Ordered 3 bottles of perfume (Absolute, Oxygen, and Omnia). Absolute came in an opened package... strange. But it was listed as a tester, and the bottle was full, so no worries, I guess. Everything else was packaged nicely. Had a $15 coupon, so that helped. Probably would have gone elsewhere if I hadn't had the coupon.

I ordered three bottles of cologne and one was empty (evaporated). I tried to emial Perfume Emporium, and the email was kicked back as undeliverable. I called them at my expense, and they promised to send me a replacement. It has been almost two weeks now, and I have received nothing from them. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

So far I have ordered 3 times from Perfume Emporium and each time I have received brand new, sealed packages of scents that I have used before, and they were exactly the same as the ones I had previously purchased in department stores. The shipments arrived very quickly within days of ordering. If you call or email about a concern, they will email back immediately to address the concern. I have left voice mail and email and every message or question was responded to. They respond by email even if you leave a voice mail. The prices and coupons are great. I love Perfume Emporium. If something is wrong, they will make it right and go above and beyond to do so. I highly recommend this company. They have some of the best prices on the web and are reliable, trustworthy and ship with the speed of lightning. I will definitely do business with them again. Very professional and they have some hard to find scents as well.

I shopped Perfume Emporium for the first time and I am very satisfied with their service. I got the merchandise delivered in a timely fashion, well-packaged and a $5.00 off coupon for the next order. I will definitely shop again. Another nice feature are the customer reviews of a fragrance which give a real feel for what the product is
like.

My first and only order from PE consisted of Cashmere Mist, Hypnotic Poison, and Escada Collection. They were the one of the few that had Collection and I had a %20 off coupon. Well, the Cashmere Mist box looked like someone had torn the top opening it, the plastic Collection box was cracked in several places, and the unopened HP bottle is sticky on the bottom, suggesting that at one time it got hot enough to melt the matte finish on the bottle. EP's prices are nowhere near as low as other etailers, so I was expecting BETTER goods. They were the worst I've used so far! Best to just read their reviews then head to another trustworthy etailer.

I did some aggressive price comparisons for the Kenzo scent my fiancee likes, and found Perfume Emporium to be the winner. Look for their online coupons, which can save you even more or get you free shipping. I received incense samples with my order as well.
