These people are horrible!!!!  No heart whatsoever, obviously not a Christian company and lack emotion.  My Grandmother died before she was able to use the 4 Jumpsuits that the assisted living home was asking her to wear, and they refused to refund the money back to my parents who are living on Social Security and just had a $12,000 funeral to pay for.  They weren't even taken out of the packages and cost my parents $174.17 and now they have no way of getting reimbursed.  I even explained the situation of her sudden death and their response was "The 30 days for your refund has expired".  Give me a break, we had no reason to believe my Grandmother was going to pass away before they were worn, or even taken out of the packages.  They showed no sympathy whatsoever and I would never recommend anyone buy from these people.   It is hard for me to believe that in these times of financial pain, that they would deny my grieving parents their money back and make things even harder on them.  I will be reporting them to the BBB because of their policies and lack of sympathy and understanding.  Please, please, please, don't support these greedy individuals!!!   They say they are all about customer service, what a crock!!! Thank you for reading this review, a Grieving Grand-daughter
