02/28/09 - Ordered dog crate online and received email confirmation back.
03/05/09 - I emailed them to get a delivery ETA and a tracking number. No reply received.
03/06/09 - I emailed them again to get a delivery ETA.
No reply received.
03/07/09 - I emailed them for third time to get an ETA for delivery.
No reply received.
03/09/09 - I sent them a fourth email asking for a delivery ETA. This time I gave them 24hrs for a reply otherwise I will have to asume that they have cancelled the order themselves.
03/10/09 - I received an email from them stating that the item was backordered from the manufacturer but had been shipped out to me either that same day or the day before (so either Monday or Tuesday).
03/13/09 - Received another email from them saying that they have replied to all of messages and so the problem must be with my spam filter (total BS by the way, I check all spams manually and these guys had nothing in my spam folder). They also stated again that the crate had been on backorder but was shipped out today.

So I just emailed them back and told them if it had been shipped today then why on Tuesday did they tell me that it had been shipped then?
I also told them that I don't believe that they have shipped anything at all to me......as NO PAYMENT has been taken from my card yet!!!

This is my first experience with this vendor, and it will be my last. They are utter liars.
