I am currently building a house and have bought many many items online, this place was the worst. Over 1 month after I placed an order for 2 items, I received a kitchen faucet (about $300). It was beautiful and seemed good quality except that the sprayer nozzle easily fell out of the faucet neck, so I returned item rather than installing non-functional equipment. I called to ask when I would receive the second item, and got an extremely frustrating automated answering service. I left a message, but since I received no call back after several days, I sent an email. After more than 2 days I received a terse response stating that the item was back-ordered for 4-6 weeks; the message did not clarify whether this time had already passed since it had been well over a month already. So I again called the "help" line and was disconnected 3 times while I tried to speak to a representative. (Yes, I had to listen to the automated menu each time.) Finally, the representative informed me that my item would not be coming until more than 4 months after my initial order date. They had, of course, already charged my credit card, and at time of ordering the item was stated to be in stock. When I asked why I was not informed of the delivery time during any of my previous queries, she told me that it was posted on my account on their website. I am doubtful the return will go smoothly.
