The shopping experience I had with Plush Friends was excellent. I found exactly what I was looking for and my girlfriend's mother loved the bear. My only complaint would be that our names (Jackie and John) did not appear at the end of our personallized message on the card. Other than that, excellent experience will shop with you again. I was very please to find Grover from Sesame Street. Since he is not on the show, it's difficult to find Grover merchandise. I received my order very quickly.

Item in out of stock and then back ordered. Still have not received the item. Received an e-mail stating it would be 6 to 8 weeks. I can't really fault them for this. I'm waiting patiently and will probably use the item as a birthday gift now instead of just giving it to my child.

Was disappointed with the way one of the toys looked versus the depiction. Also, although their confirmation e-mail allows you to link to progress there was no pro-active message explaining the shipment would be delayed as one item was backordered. And when I ordered there was no warning that one item was out of stock. Solid merchants I've dealt with tell you this up front.

Plush Friends has such a wide selection of stuffed animals, teddy bears, toys and such. The website was user friendly from beginning to end. The products were in perfect condition when received and they arrived well within the estimated time of arrival. This is only my second time shopping at Plush Friends and my experience was super both times. It definately won't be my last time shopping there.

It was great to find the product that my 12month old son uses as security. It was almost identical and my son did not know the difference. Price could be cheaper as I had to pay custom fees as well.

Overall, had a good experience. The look of the website made me a bit unsure of how large and professional an organization PlushFriends was, so I almost didn't place an order. Part of my uncertainty was the look of the site and part of it was that I didn't get many details on the stuffed animal itself to be sure it would be what I wanted. I'm glad I placed the order. The order process worked fine and my order arrived safe, sound and on time.

I was glad that you had the product I wanted. However there was a delay in shipping because one item was out of stock. You did not notify me of this. It took eight days for you to finally ship my order. I paid extra money for the faster shipping because I wanted the product quickly. In this respect I was not satisfied with your service.

The stuffed animal was a little smaller than expected, 17" is from tip of nose to tip of tail.

The Owl was not in stock but it was not disclosed when ordering. It was all ordered and paid for before we found out! I had to e-mail them once and it still was not there, but I have not been given any updates on this since. This was a Christmas gift purchase for my daughter and still no show!!

The order was placed online. At the time they had a promotion that included a free ornament if your purchase was for a certain amount. After I completed the order and received an update email saying the product had been shipped it stated that the ornament had be cancelled. With no furher expination. I could have gotten the same product at another site for slightly less money, but choose them instead because they were giving something extra. It was kind of like a bait and switch. I don't think I'll ever buy form them again. Also the item I got was not shipped with any other packaging but a platic bag in a cardboard box. The toy has an electronic feature that could have been damaged if the carrier was rough in handeling.

I recieved a cookie monster and an elmo instead of grover. I did just keep the elmo and ordered another grover due to time and return shipping etc. The new order of the grover did get here very quickly with waived shipping but I still felt as though I made and extra purchase that I would not have otherwise made.

The one thing I loved about Plush Friends was that when I was ordering I was chatting with one of your employee's and she let me know if the penguins were in stock and what they could get me in the time frame I needed. I will let everyone know about your website.

Half of my order is on back order. If I had not followed up I still would not know this since the company did not inform me of same. I feel they should have since they have both a telephone number and email address. The quality of the merchandise in the past has been good but weighted against how this order was handled, I do not know if I would order again from them.
