Placed an order with Polsteins.com, one week later the wrong product arrived. No problem - I phoned them to report the error, and was told that the correct product would go out immediately. Eight days later, still nothing. Phoned them once again, and was told that the correct item had indeed been shipped, and that they would phone me with a UPS tracking number before the end of the day. Three days later, still no tracking number or phone call from Polsteins, so I phoned them once again. Now I'm told that the correct item had been on backorder, but had finally shipped that day. When pressed for a UPS tracking number, they could still not provide one. When pressed further, they admitted that the correct item had still not been shipped.
At this point, I cancelled my order, returned the item that had been shipped in error, and requested a refund. UPS indicated that Polsteins had received the return shipment on August 1st, but eight days later, my credit card account had still not been credited. Finally, after threatening Polsteins with further action, my account was credited.
I wish that someone had warned me to stay away from Polsteins.com. Now I'm warning you.
