I was introduced to the Pottery Barn Kids line, when I was looking for a twin comforter for my kids on Ebay, I started seeing that these simple comforters alone were going for $160+!... thats no sheets, pillowcases etc..Just the comforter!!! LOL So I wanted to know what the big deal was. I soon found my way to PotteryBarnKids.com. I realized their super cute items were out of my price range.

Once I started getting their catalogs to my door, I came upon the clearance section and was thrilled at the prices! That same year I had been pregnant and was impressed with all their decor for baby accessories. I made my first purchase after seeing the "Ultimate Diaperbag" in their catalog. I immediately went to their website.

Ordering could not have been easier, you have the option of typing in a keyword to refine your search, Or you can go to "Catalog Quick Shop" and put the # of the item from your catalog in there. I found the DiaperBag I was looking for really fast, navigating their site was a breeze, when I found my item I was able to super size the picture to get more detail.

Once I was satisfied with my final basket, I clicked checkout, I had to input myself as a new customer, (if you've already used the site all your address/billing information has been saved, all you do is confirm) after I submitted the correct information, my order was final and I was given a online order #. This number you can jot down in the event of needing customer service over the phone. However PBK sends all your order info straight to your email, you can then check the status of your order by signing in from the email link.
If your returning from the site site all you do is go to "my account" and sign in from there, you'll get 2 options "Account information" and "online order history" If you need to update personal info. billing/address etc. use "Account information" to see your recent orders and get your trackling info you will hit "online order history" They make everything a no-brainer!!!]

Delivery/ Packaging
I have made several orders since my first with the Diaperbag. I have always recieved my package within 4 days and sometimes 2 or 3!! It comes promptly from the UPS truck, the box is always in perfect shape, and everything is carefully packed usually with a catalog and your invoice info.By using their tracking info , I am ensured of the exact delivery date.

Returns
Once, my Diaper Bag arrived I was overwhelmed by the size!! It was definetly a ULTIMATE Diaper Bag, the quality was stunning every stitch was perfect, I finally realized why PBK has it's prices, but well worth every dime. I was unfortunetley not flattered by the size though, so I needed to return it. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASIER. I called Customer Service and got a SUPER sweet girl, she told me to use the return sticker and leave it on my doorstop, someone would be by to pick it up!!! I didn't have to go anywhere or stress about anything. Once they recieved my return again (3 days) I saw the credit on my Debit Card, and was a Satisfied customer, I truly wish other online retailers worked like this company, it was through and through a Positive experience.

I just ordered 2 backpacks on July 3rd and I'll be recieving them today longest I have waited..and that was only because of the July 4th holiday ;) I can't wait I got them on sale for an amazing deal, I will continue to use Pottery Barn Kids. Com for their amazing cutomer service, quality of items and dependable shipping services. Overall if your thrown by their prices I hope I have provided you with a review of my overall experience having once felt the same way. This is a great online store I cannot reccommend it enough!
