I ordered the Reindeer collection from the online store (somethings you can only get online) and I am very excited. I had a small problem. I ordered the items I wanted and noticed that the oval platter was on sale for $30.00 (the first day of release!), so I ordered it as an additional item (I have one already but at parties, you always wish you had two). They sent me the order confirmation with all my purchases and correct pricing including tax and shipping. One day later I checked my credit card activity and I noticed they charged me $50.00 more than my confirmation stated. They had charged me the regular price (that also showed now on the website) of $70.00 for that piece. Someone apparently goofed when they uploaded the product for the holiday season. The great thing is, I called and they immediately took care of it and corrected my charge.

Although the products are high priced, it is good quality and I have to admit, for a 100lb delivery and only charging $23.00, not a bad deal. That is for a lot of dish type items too. The customer care person was apologetic and fixed the issue. It's just Buyer beware and follow up with checking your charges, that part is your responsibility as a consumer.

I couldn't be happier.

Update: Be warned, new products are less quality than they were last year. If you are completing a set, major issue. They are made in Taiwan this year and the edging is gold, not the thicker nicer silver, as last year. Last years were made in Japan. It's noticeable.
