I ordered two sets of bedroom furniture to do a home makeover while my children were at summer camp.  This was stuff they loved. But it sucks and is now broken and unsafe!!!
I made a number of phone calls and was told it was out of warranty and they could not do anything for me.  These items were purchased in July 2006.  The first call made about 18 months after purchase.  In total I spent about $5000.00 in furniture and accessories!  A locker style trundle bed,  which I'm afraid to have my 13 year old son sleep on because the metal is bending and not supportive and fear it will collapse.  the dresser drawers are jammed and some are totally broken and do not open!  He wasn't that young and did not jump on it or abuse it in anyway.  Which would be typical for a child. A youth bed should withstand it!!! The great looking floor sofa is totally faded.  the fabric horrible!!  The swivel desk chair fell apart tonight as I sat at my desk...  It pushed me over the edge.  I spent  a lot of money and am very disappointed in the quality of furniture I got.  Also, the beautiful pink bedroom  chandelier  for my daughter's room started smoking because the beads got to hot, hum?  It was a good thing we were home!!!!
