I ordered a pressure washer and it would not run. It was a rebuilt one but still expected it to run. I notified the company and they did return my money and they was very prompt about it. Thanks again I am sure it was just a slip but the person I delt with was very nice and understanding and helped me very quickly.

These people are amazing. Great website, great help, great price, great delivery -- and great humans to support! I reviewed alternatives on their website, and the process was extremely easy. I generated four finalist power washers, and then I phoned to ask questions. The individual that answered (with no wait) answered every question directly, provided additional insight, and then directed me to a better product at a $75 savings form what I was leaning towards.

Delivery was in two days (non-premium delivery!)

Ordered on line which worked ok. When the washer was received and used for the first time the hose sprung a leak. Faxed necessary information to Pressure Washers Direct for a replacement but have heard nothing from them.

I ordered a Generac 2850 reconditioned pressure washer from them. The shipping was very quick but when I got the unit I was not especially happy with the merchandise. The tires were flat and had separated from the wheels. The water pump looked in good   Read full review...

The refurbished pressure washer had an internal leak. Still works, just leaks a lot from the inside of the pump casing. I didn't report it - yet.

I purchase items regularly over the Internet and the service I received from this merchant surpassed my expectations. The unit I received was suppose to be a rebuilt unit and it may very well have been but in my opinion it looks brand new and ran flawlessly. The only problem I had with this purchase was the tracking. It did tell me each step of it's movement but I really didn't understand where it actually was and when it arrived in my area I found nothing saying it had. In spite of this I stayed home to receive the item and it did come on time. I think the tracking system could use some help with it's notifications of destinations.

They certainly have a good selection of options and accessories for various power washers. Excellent prices and easy web pages to navigate through. The one negative that I have seen is delays in your order to final delivery; you have to chase them for delivery dates. I believe they should be more proactive in providing information on any delays or problems with your order. Now saying that, once you have chased them, they are very quick at providing full and honest answers to your questions and concerns.

Pressure washer experienced rough handling during shipping (shipping company issue). Chemicals were sent via FedEx with NO destination address on the package. Only a name and phone number. Created a delivery hassle.

I ordered a pressure washer and it arrived with some problems. I e-mailed Donna Utsch, Customer Service Representative and explained my problem. She responded almost immediately and explained what would transpire. In less than a week, a new washer was sent and documents for the return of the problem washer arrived. Ms Utsch was very professional and courteous with me. I feel she went over 100% to help me. I was very impressed with how she kept me informed of the status of this transaction. If all CSR's were like this, companies would benefit greatly. Thank You.

Right now, I'm 50% satisfied - I've received half my order. I ordered several inexpensive items. Three items are apparently on back order, however my credit card was charged for the full amount of the order. Ask me the same question in two weeks and I might be 100% satisfied. The first part of the order arrived in good condition, though an ETA wasn't offered for remaining items. Just a little earlier today I sent an e-mail inquiring, however, I believe they're probably a M-F org and won't be able to respond 'till next week (okay w/me). Order tracking on Pressure Washers Direct's site is awkward.

The only disappointment that I had was with the quality of the owners manual/instructions included with the pressure washer. The literature supplied was generic; not specific to my Generac pressure washer. After a little research I discovered that the Generac Pressure washer was the same as a Troybilt, and was able print an owners manual from the Troybilt web site.

Was informed at the time the order was placed that the brand pressure washer that I ordered was on back order, but the unit was received in less than a week. The order process was easy with immediate follow-up from Pressure Washers Direct. The web site had good information and pictures to make the decision on what specific product would meet my needs.

Purchased a reconditioned power washer; system arrived missing manual and assembly hardware. Response from Pressure Washers Direct was fast and immediate- ship entire assembly back and then a replacement would be shipped. They handled the pick up of the defective unit and the tracking system shows that they received it (nice tracking software - UPS) BUT I have nothing showing a system being shipped out to me. For the money that I saved by using them...I've lost over two weeks of use and I have no delivery date in site. I believe that it will be resolved by them (they have been responsbile in attempting to resolve) but I would balance time to correct against need. I am disappointed and will be hesitant to use them in the future.
