If you are thinking about ordering from prime style just stop! My fiance ordered my engagement ring from them paying 6000 for it including an apparent upgrade for the center stone. They claimed the ring to be worth 19000 which doesnt matter to us but when we got it appraised by a local store they laughed at the appraisal sent from NY Gem Lab. They wouldnt even sell that ring for 4000. The center diamond not only was a terrible cut but also 3 gradings lower on both color and clarity. There was actually a big black dot with a line through the diamond. We called David who was a complete jerk and acted like we were stupid for thinking we would really get a vs1 diamond for as cheap as we paid and that the grading he uses is not GIA cert so how cold we ever imagine we were getting what we thought. After yelling at both of us he decided to send us a replacement after we spent 70 to send the original back with insurance. the second ring was just as bad if not worse and we got it appraised at an entirely different store. Long story short, 3 months later we finally got our refund minus the shipping and bogus appraisal they apparently sent with it. It was a lot of arguing and David telling me that i was making things up and putting words in his mouth. DO NOT shop there! Consider yourself warned!

For all you who wrote a good review on primestyle, i would consider getting a second opinion on the product. Also if you already bought something and are trying to get a refund be persistent and call EVERY day until David is sick of dealing with you.
