Like most of us, I was apprehensive about spending a large amount of money on line. The two rings arrived today and they are beautiful. I found communicating with Primestyle, was polite and reassuring throughout the whole process. The quality of the finish on both the rings was far better than I could have ever hoped for. The ring is beautiful and exactly as promised. My wife was very excited, and had a smile from ear to ear when she put it on. It was for our tenth anniversary, so I got down on one knee and ask her to renew our marriage vows for another ten years if she would have me. She said yes, so it looks like I will use you again when I buy her a 20th anniversary ring.

Your customer service was helpful when I called in to check on delivery. Here is my only issue which you did take care of very quickly. The first ring was the wrong size which your quality control staff caught before shipping. This caused me to change my plans on when I gave it to her. It turned out OK, so it didn't ended up being a real negative, just a little inconvenient.

I purchase a beautifully designed bridal set earlier this month. The rings are breathtaking. My girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) has not seen them yet. However, everyone else that has seen them keeps telling me how nice and pretty they are. The diamond upgrade was well worth the money. The people who conduct the "appraisal" for the diamonds sold by PrimeStyle are woefully incompetent or intentionally fraudulent. You can expect that the diamond you will receive is going to be at least one grade lower than what you order. The first diamond that I received that had an "SI" quality rating had a black piece of carbon that was clearly visible without magnification. I gave them one more chance and the second diamond I received had no rating but looked as if it was about to crumble to pieces it was so flawed.

The customer service is poor. The operation appears to be just one or two people in an office. I am still waiting on my refund and have contacted my credit card company to gain their assistance in getting it.

My partner and I purchased my engagement ring through Primestyle.com. My ring arrived 4 weeks late and the diamond was of extremely low quality, no where near what we order the size was wrong too. I ordered a 1.5 carat brilliant round cut diamond 18K White Gold ring. Once it was received I has the ring evaluated and it was only a .5 carat diamond and it was only 14K White Gold. The quality of the diamond was very bad too with visible flaws. Customer service was terrible, they kept making excuses. They did not honour their returns policy.

I ordered earrings from primestyle two weeks before mothers day. On the friday before mothers day I still had not received them.I called them to see if they had been shipped. The guy in customer service told me that they had been shipped out that morning but he did not have a tracking order yet. It is now the tuesday after mothers day. The 3 day shipping has not happened. I called them today because the earrings have not arrived. The manager said he will look into it and call me back within 2 hours. Have not heard from them.

Delivery speed was exceptional, but you will get what you pay for. If you are looking for discount price, you will get discount ring. I bought a bridal set, 3.25tcw with a 1ct diamond in the center paid over $5800 and they claimed it appraised for $24000. The first ring they sent me had a huge visible black dot in the middle diamond, so I sent it back, they were very nice and speedy in this process. Sent me a new ring that was visibly yellow. The appraisal they sent me claimed it was vs1 clarity and H color, but my appraisal was different and appraised and $5800, so in a nutshell, you will get what you pay.

My overall experience you ask? You should ask my soon to be wife. She spent two days crying looking at the beautiful engagement ring. She couldn't take her eyes of it. The rich detailed was more impressive than the web site photo. The sparkle of the diamonds mounted in a rich polished platinum ensemble was too much for her emotions. And talking about showing it off. Family and friends complimented the outstanding beauty of it. The help and suggestion of the gemologist made it even better.

I was impressed by PrimeStyle's prompt service, and that the quality of the rings were outstanding. I am knowledgeable about diamonds, and assuming they were as advertised I was very pleased with the pricing. When I received the rings I was even more pleased, as the rings were better than I expected. Of course I was concerned about buying sight unseen off the web, for what I considered it to be a relatively large purchase. This concern was without foundation as my purchase arrived 10 days after order, the quality was very good and I was very very pleased with the whole process. I recently made two purchases from PrimeStyle. The first was in November and was a rush order. I didn't think there was any way that my order could be processed and delivered to me on time, but PrimeStyle came through. I had the ring I ordered the day I needed it. (Got married the next day). I placed another order in December for the other half of the wedding set. On this purchase I was unable to find the ring that I had previously viewed in November. I talked to a PrimeStyle service rep and he helped me find the ring I was looking for and shipped it to me again in record time. The quality of both rings are GREAT. My new wife loves them both.
