I have ordered a replacement LCD for my laptop. I placed the order first, then started reading various reviews and saw that some people were unhappy and for good reasons. It got me worrying about my order -- I hate the kind of thing several reviewers have had to go through. Anyway, I did place a 2nd day shipping, and placed my order Thursday late night. I Have received an email about my CC being charged, and that a follow-up email is coming with FedEx tracking number. Nothing showed up on Monday afternoon, so I decided to call the company (after reading all the bad things people had to say). The guy asked me for my order number, then about 10 min of waiting on the phone, and he gets back to me saying that the order was shipped today. I did receive a tracking number for my shipment (after asking him to send me one). I am kind of wondering whether I would have received the tracking number email had I not spoken to the guy on the phone.
In any event, the product came two days later. It was new (as advertised). Works good. So, Priority Electronics worked for me. Luckily perhaps.
