Overall, I was happy with my experience with Profeel

I bought an Olympus Evolt E-510 with 2 lenses from Profeel. They were one of the few vendors with the new product in stock. I called to make sure they did indeed have the camera in stock. The salesman I spoke with was David who assured me that I would get an email confirmation. When I didn't get a confirmation email I called Profeel back the next day and got a nice lady that emailed it while we were on the phone. She said the reason I didn't get it was that the email address they had for me was misspelled. A short time later I received another email the USPS tracking number from Stamps.com. Note, while USPS updates their tracking data at night, Stamps evidently has tracking in real time. I checked the tracking number on USPS and it didn't have an update. However, when I checked on Stamps it showed that the package had arrived at my PO BOX. I was impressed with Stamps.com. I ordered the camera from Profeel on the 8th and received it on the 11th. Price was retail; however they do offer free shipping. I found the product cheaper elsewhere but that vendor (VideoDirect) didn't have very high marks and the rep I spoke with wasn't very knowledgeable about their products and didn't offer any help. (VideoDirect's) guy basically explained that they just filled out paperwork. Thus, I decided to do business with Profeel. Note, Profeel does not have a big selection of Olympus accessories. They will try and sell you their products which I wasn't interested in but overall I was happy with my experience with them.
