If I could give Profeel six stars, I would! Here’s my story. I conducted a lot of research ahead of time and then went and utilized Epinions to help find the best price from a vendor I can trust for a Canon digital camera and was pointed in the direction of Profeel. I linked to Profeel’s website and from there I went ahead and ordered, on line, the camera. It was a Saturday. The order was in. Afterward, as I surfed the net, I came across a few remarks questioning the on line ordering experience of Profeel and some problems with ordering on a Saturday. Anxiety set in. Well, let me tell you and set the record straight for my experience: My on line Profeel ordering experience was the very best! The site was easy to navigate. I received a confirmation immediately and an email the very next day, Sunday, from the Profeel sales staff, with a sales receipt attached. I was able to track the progress of the delivery of my camera on UPS Quantum and my camera, folks, arrived in 2 business days from my order. Brand new, manufacturer package, not grey market stuff! No sales calls to try and sell me something else; no delay in reacting to my on line ordering; fast service and mail delivery; and no shenanigans with the product ordered. You go, Profeel! A six star experience!
