I went to Profeel's website in search of a Panasonic digital camera I was interested in ordering. I was impressed with the items one could buy with the camera in "kits" and their warranties on the camera that were offered. When I called the 800 number with questions about the camera I wanted to order, my call was returned promptly and my questions were answered courteously. I was happy with the response and price I was quoted, and decided to order my camera from Profeel. My order for the Panasonic digital camera came promptly as advertised at the price promised within a few days and was well packed. Everything was in working order, and only one item in the extra "kit" of items I bought with the camera was backordered--and that came in about a week. The kits offered with the camera included items essential to the camera and its use--especially a first time digital camera buyer--and were at very good prices for the items included, so I bought one of the kits and warranties. The items if ordered separately would have cost a lot more and were good brand names. The kits at other camera sites did not even compare with theirs for the amount of items and prices. The warranties offered for the camera were also much more reasonably priced than at other internet sites. I would definitely order from Profeel again.
