PROFEEL met every expectation I had in purchasing my new Canon system. I purchased 2 pro lenses and the new 40d camera. Each item was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Purchased the Panasonic DMC-TZ3 along with the special accessories pack including an extra battery, lens cleaning kit, screen protector and camera case for LESS than the regular price of the camera alone at Best Buy and that's even including the priority shipping I selected. Had the camera in two days and everything was just as ordered. VERY personal service (thanks for your help, Sharon...you are terrific!) I was so pleased to find a great deal with Profeel. To be honest, I was a little hesitant to do business with any on-line company I didn't know. But I read the reviews of Profeel and so many people gave them high ratings that I gave them a chance. WOW - what great service. I ordered my camera and it was here within a couple of days, just as they said. Also, I LOVE the UPS/USPS tracking system. I was able to track my camera's whereabouts the whole time and knew exactly where it was at any given moment. Thank you Profeel for being so accurate and timely with your service. After I had problems with Paypal on 2 attempts, I called Profeel and they processed my order by phone. There was some confusion about which accessory package I wanted but they corrected that after I called them back. Everything arrived after about a week in good condition.
They were very responsive to my needs and were easy to contact so I would feel confident in ordering from them again. A note to Canadian customers: The web site says free delivery but since I was ordering from outside the US, they charged $30 delivery and when I picked it up at the local post office there was an additional $8 charge from the Canada Border Services.

I must say I was somewhat leery about ordering from a company that I or my friends had never done business with, but I took a chance based on their 5-star customer rating.I am extremely impressed with the service I received when I ordered my Canon A630 digital camera. The price was $30 less than I found locally and one of the best on-line prices available. I received a speedy order confirmation and notice of shipping information. Shortly after a receipt for purchase was sent out via e-mail. Much to my surprise my camera arrived two days after being ordered - and this was with the free shipping offered by the company!

Super helpful and polite. The young lady even called me back later to tell me I could get the package sooner (on a Saturday) for $5 less by shipping ground. Other online camera stores seemed very sketchy; one even finally admitted to me that the camera would have buttons and the manual in Chinese!!

It is my pleasure to share my shopping experience of an item, SONY Handcam
DCR-SR42, I purchased. From the first I place an order, the acknowledgement,
confirmation, shipping & tracking information all professional.

The actional shipment arrived safe and well even before I expected. So I had
a chance to test the basic functions I need -- as most of us, if not all, do when
we get a new gadget -- earlier than I could. And all works well as it should be.

After contacting three "BAIT AND SWITCH" web sites, namely" BROADWAY PHOTO, DIGITAL NERDS AND QUEST4CAMERAS", I finally ended up with a legitimate supplier, "profeelvideo".The response time to my call was immediate and I had the good fortune of speaking with "Sharon" and then "ESTER".Both were friendly but very professional. I have been shopping for a digital camera for my daughter and came across the Canon powershot A630. After checking prices and reviews, which ranged from $195.00 to $320.00, I saw Profeel carried it for only $181.00 (total cost) with free shipping. I decided to order it, and was thrilled with the prompt confirmation of my order and as a safety precaution, a call to confirm that I did place an order with them.
Within 3 days of placing my order, which was on a Sunday,July 15th- I received the camera as promised on July 18th.)
It was packed professionally and I was very pleased with the new camera! I would definitely use Profeel again, not only for their great prices, but also for their profession manner and very quick delivery! Thank you!!

Recently order the Sony HDR-SR7 HD video camera and was an enjoyable experience. Item was shipped quickly, accurate order, and customer service was excellent. Would definitely buy from again. So if you are in the market to buy some electronics, steer away from those that have unbelievable prices because they usually remove items from the original packaging, leaving you with extra accessories that you will need to purchase when it should have been included in the box.

I bought a Powershot S3 IS more than a week ago, got the confirmation e-mail, however nothing has been charged to my account and although it's supposed to be here in 2-5 days its been 9 and no camera. Not only do I have no camera, but I have emailed them 4 times from different accounts asking them what's up (yes, it is the correct address) and not gotten a response. In 9 days. I can't reach them by phone, either. All I want to do is cancel my order and try somewhere else, but I need to have the cancellation confirmed just so I don't end up being charged way down the line and end up with 2 cameras. I hope that whoever responds to the bad reviews on here sees this so I can finally get in contact with someone from Profeel .

Excellent! A vendor really shows its stuff in how it handles a problem. There was a minor problem with my credit card, and Connie (who is a sweetie) hung in there with me until it was all sorted out. Really was nice to talk to someone on the phone.

They were a little late in shipping out my camera, so they sent it priority mail, which was the right thing to do.

Before finalizing my order on line I called Profeel to be sure that my Canon 5D camera was actually in stock (I had a bad experience from another company). I was anxious to receive my camera because of an upcoming event and I had already been waiting for an order from another company that failed to alert me to the fact that it was not in stock. The sales person offered to take my order over the phone to expedite the order since it was late afternoon. I received my camera the next morning! The sales person gave me his name and extension no. in case I had questions and was helpful but not pushy. Their price was also the lowest I could find. I received my order as expected except for a memory card that was mailed separately. (There was a handwritten note on the receipt explaining this). I would definitely buy from them again.
