After reading the customer reviews that were posted on the Rac Enterprise website, we placed our first order.  This was an important purchase for us, as it was an early Christmas present for my husband.  I was concerned that between the great price, and, the free shipping, that something would come up short.  I am delighted to say that this transaction was FLAWLESS from start to finish.  Communication with Customer Service was great from the time the order was placed, and, the grill shipped the same day!  The freight company that delivered our new grill did an excellent job of making sure that it arrived safe and and sound.  The product itself is everything we had hoped for~BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT! 

We are already recommending Rac Enterprise to our friends~this is one of the BEST companies we have ever done business with.  If you are on the fence, don't hesitate.  We will be back!

I have been planning to buy a Weber Summit grill for some time now.  Every time I did my research, RAC Enterprise came up as the best value for getting the grill to my door.  After some additional research on RAC, and deciding on the model, I ordered the grill online from RAC Enterprise.  I received confirmations and a shipping email the next day.  By the end of the week the grill was ready for delivery by Fed Ex freight! 

When they delivered the grill everything went flawlessly.  I even asked the delivery person to open the box so I could inspect the grill before signing for it.  Everything was perfect!  What a smooth, timely transaction from RAC Enterprise on my 2009 Weber Summit S-650!  I highly recommend this company as a premier internet business.

Best purchase on the internet for a Weber Gas Grill.  Price is unstoppable!  I had searched for two weeks until finally directed to this website.  The prices were the so much cheaper than any other  place including stores here locally.  Best part the shipping was free and that enabled me to purchase every accessory for the barbecue that was available, cookbook, cover, utensils, vegetable tray, brush and cleaner for the barbecue, and the wood chips.  I had planned to spend at least $1600 just for the barbecue alone.  I was able to get everything for the same price.  It arrived so very prompt and in perfect shape.  Assembly came with ease and after hooking up the gas everything worked.  Communication and customer service was spectacular.  I whole-heartedly recommend this website for your needs of a Weber Gas Grill and all the components.   I couldn't be happier.  Thanks Rocco!!!!!

Product was delivered to my front door in excellent condition. It came one day earlier than RAC's estimate. The shipping company had great communications and the delivery person had no problem wheeling to my door. The price was the best I can find. I am completely satisfied.

My August 5th purchase and delivery of a Weber S470 grill went flawlessly.  RAC's price was by far the best, and the free delivery from their warehouse in PA to my front door in TX took only 4 working days. The product arrived in perfect shape and was used the same day as it arrived (assembly was a snap).  I'm always a bit nervous with the on-line purchase of a large ticket item, but the experience with RAC Enterprise couldn't have been better.  A great job !!

This was without a doubt the best on-line shopping experience I have ever had. The grill was shipped the day after I ordered and I could track the product all the way. I received the grill in perfect shape and to my suprise assembled, one week from the day I ordered. I thought I would have to assemble it. We grilled that night. I am absolutely in love with RAC. Went on line for price & was happy. Called at 11am friday to ask when item would ship. Was told if I ordered on line by 11:30, the grill would go out that day. Ordered and at 1:04pm, received an e-mail saying that my item was shipped. Had the grill in my yard on tuesday morning in perfect condition! Needless to say, I was VERY, VERY happy!!!

The glowing customer comments they posted on their site were absolutely TRUE! They were great. First thing that happened is that I submitted my order as natural gas instead of LP. I called and they took care of it in 5 minutes. When the grill arrived it had a couple small dents, one front and one back. But I call RAC and they put me in touch with Weber and it was taken care of in superb fashion. You would have thought I was a celebrity.

I had never heard of RAC before but they came up on my internet search for a Weber Q120 gas grill. Their price was lower and they offered free shipping. I took a chance. The response was incredible. I ordered the grill at 7:00 pm and got a notice the next morning that the grill had shipped!!! It arrived in a couple of days and it was in perfect order. Slight damage on one of the doors from the shipper; I called RAC and they referred me to Webers customer service. After a very brief explanation, Weber overnighted a new door to me. No questions, no problems. Wonderful customer service on behalf of both RAC & Weber. Highly recommend!!!
