I very diligently shopped for my new convection microwave oven.  I read every stores policy, as well as all the reviews for all the stores and online sites.  Rainbow Appliance won for both their prices, and history of being reliable to their customers.  I must say, they were as wonderful as predicted. I got the lowest price, and my oven was delivered in record time.  It was actually outside overnight because I didn't even expect it for many more days later, and didn't notice the box at my side door. When I purchased the oven, I was having trouble with my computer.  I thought the order didn't go through, so I ordered again.  An hour later I realized I had ordered 2 ovens.  Customer Service was wonderful, they took care of the problem promptly, and very courteously.  I had ordered a microwave from another online site for my Mom last year, and had nothing but problems from the time it arrived, until the time I actually threw it out in the trash a few months ago.  It only worked for a couple of months.  The store gave me nothing buy agony.  It just wasn't worth the aggravation anymore.  I wish I knew about Rainbow then.  This whole experience has been great. No more shopping around for me, I know where to go next time!  They were just great, you won't go wrong here.
