The absolute WORST online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered a washer/dryer combo and waited the 8 days it was supposed to take to get to me. Had never gotten an order confirmation so I called to check the status. Was told the dryer was out of stock and they would get one the next week. I called again the next week and was told it would be one more week. I waiting another week (we are over 3 weeks since order date now) and they told me that it had shipped but it was damaged in transit and was coming back to them. They said the dryer was discontinued and they couldn't get another. They had in stock the model that was replacing it and they would send it out immediately, of course I would need to pay the $130 difference. I went ahead and told them to send it. 2 weeks later I got my washer and dryer. Later, after I sent several complaint emails, I was told that I would get a $50 credit for my trouble. Needless to say, that never happened. No one at this company EVER called me, I always called them. The most horrible customer service I have ever received. Oh yes, and along with the agreement to send the $50 was a statement that "none of this was their fault". I would like to know whose fault it was, wouldn't you?
