Misrepresented the product - no returns!

Horrible horrible experience. Ordered a Sharp brand microwave in bisque and they never notified me that it was on backorder until I called a week later to ask when it had been shipped. I cancelled the order and placed a new order for an Amana microwave in bisque which I was told was in stock and cost more of course. I waited and again there was no sign of the microwave, so I spoke to Cus Svc rep that said that absolutely they had this model in stock in white. Now I was desperate for a microwave so I agreed to purchase it in white. I waited a week again before I finally got an email notifying me that my order was received and the microwave was being shipped.
The dimensions of the microwave were not accurate based on their description at Rainbow Appliance's website. The oven was too deep to fit into the hutch that holds my microwave now. It hangs over the edge and looks terrible and now I was stuck with something that would have to sit on the counter, but it didn't match anything. I called several times but there is just one manager - the owner. They will tell you that he is visiting other stores and only comes in for 30 mins per day & may not get back to you. I opened a claim through BBB and learned that this vendor has an F rating with BBB. STEER CLEAR OF RAINBOW APPLIANCE - they will do nothing to help you to get a product or return it once they ship it!!
