Ordered a Weber grill on Sunday night - called Monday to ensure it would arrive two weeks later (policy says ships in 1-3 days - arrives in 5-7 which would have worked.  Was assured it would ship the following day - Tuesday.   Called Wednesday when I did not receive notice that it had shipped and was told it missed Tuesday, but was going out that day - Wednesday.  Called Thursday and was told it was going out that day - Thursday.  Asked for my money back.  Told there was a 15% charge since it was "on the truck".  I've filed a disput with my credit card company since they told me it was "on the truck" the two days prior as well.  While not completely rude, the staff was far from friendly.  They said they would send an e-mail with the refund notification - never came.  Don't know how this will turn out, but I'll file a complaint with the related state angencies if I'm not fully refunded.  I don't believe I'd do business with them again.  Great prices, but one needs to be able to count on timely delivery.  I can't attest to what, if any, after delivery customer care I would have received since I never received the product.

Update on 6/30/09 - they fully refunded my money - much appreciated.  It was a shame they couldn't deliver - I would have saved $300
