Pros :
* Lightning Fast
* Good prices for both the appliance and delivery.
* Punctual and courteous delivery by Carlo Transport, with even a 1/2 hr warning before arrival, for Heaven's sake!
* Customer Service is accessible by phone and email, and reasonably responsive.
Cons :
*We ordered the Summit BI605FFX (Rainbow adds the 'X') undercounter fridge based on the price, photo and description on the website, only to later realize that the photo and description were of a model that costs almost $200 more (inc. tax). When I pointed this out to Rainbow they just shrugged it off, saying that it was a 'stock photo'. Yea.... right! At best this is careless (which I'm actually leaning towards), but at worst, deliberately deceptive. So, for your own sake as well as theirs, be sure to do your homework before ordering so you know exactly what you're getting, thus avoiding all the hassle, for everyone, of having to return it.
*Am still, several days later, awaiting a call-back from Brigette 'within the hour' to explain how come the model # on the fridge (BI605B) doesn't match either theirs or Summit's! But, in fairness, Summit didn't know either (huh?), but assured me that if it has a digital thermostat, which is does, then the 'B' is the same model as the 'FF'. So, Rainbow ultimately came through, but not terribly reassuringly. However, if they'd just kick it up a notch or two, there'd be little reason to use anyone else -- for us NY locals at least.
