Truly a horrible shopping experience!

It baffles me that this store could get ANY positive ratings! Perhaps they have their employees writing the "positive" reviews rather than provide customer service! I had ordered my husband's presents more than 3 weeks before Christmas and it wasn't until the 21st that I was finally able to track the order: it had not been shipped! I called to cancel but was assured that the order was being shipped that day and that it would absolutely get in by the 24th. Surprise, surprise, it didn't; I called then to cancel the order and they actually told me that I couldn't cancel the order!!! Instead I had to wait to get the merchandise (whenever that was, since it STILL had not been shipped!) and return it. I tried to talk to a manager, but none was available. This went on for over a week of emails and several calls EACH day! In the end, the order wasn't shipped until the 28th and even though I was able to get them to re-route the package back to them TO THIS DAY they still haven't credited me with the money!!! Thankfully I had a bad feeling about this company and was able to buy a present for my husband at the last minute, otherwise, he would have had no presents to open on Christmas Day. Needless to say, I NEVER want to hear from this company again!
