I ordered the lavendar campanula potted plants and had this sent to my mother for mother's day. The description says that you will receive two plants. I assumed it would be two separate potted plants.WRONG! The two plants are apparently planted in the same pot - although my mother only got one. The description CLEARLY states "...and comes in a double-handled wicker basket." She did not receive this either. Apparently you don't get the basket - UNLESS you opt not to get the glass vase. I'm still trying to find that in the description somewhere because it CLEARLY states "....and comes in a double-handled wicker basket." To top it all off, they didn't include any care instructions. She didn't even know what kind of plant they sent. When I called them, the customer service agent placed me on hold to check with his manager. He came back on the line and told me they have fullfilled their obligation and there was nothing they could do. I have purchased from RE once before and thought it was over-priced then, but I thought this sounded like a good value. Wrong again. I would have never paid $54 (incl shipping) for a single potted plant. WHAT A SCAM!
Update: The call I made to RE customer service was on a Wednesday night. I checked the website Thursday night and they had taken the item I had purchased off of the page and replaced it with something similar. Actually, they only changed the picture. The product description is absolutely identical to what it was. Ironically, the new picture actually matches the description of what I assumed I was ordering - thus pretty much confirming what I complained about in the first place - misleading advertising.
