Overall this is a good store. I have no complaints that can be blamed on them, and this is getting more rare these days. They seem to be the only store stocking a large selection of last season clothes that aren't readily available(firsts, not defective garbage). Due to the distance(shipping time), this is usually all I shop for here. It's unfortunate, but I am just no longer willing to wait 5, 6 or more days if I don't have to. I shop primarily from a store 2 days away.

Nice well organized web site. No problem finding what I wanted. I located from a link at the Marmot web site that actually took me straight to the product but I also intered the site from the home page and was able to navigete easily to where I wanted. Check out was uneventful as it should be.

I purchased a pair of rock climbing shoes for my brother as a gift. It was very easy to navigate the web store, I had no trouble at all making the purchase or confirming it. Great overall experience. Only issue was that it took around 3 days to confirm that the order was accepted/approved. Given that the item I ordered disappeared from the website during the wait, I made a concerned phonecall to Rock Creek. The customer service person was very friendly and helpful, providing an explanation and confirmation (helmet was located at another location, and picked up only once per week -- I had ordered the last one). Following the call, the product arrived very quickly. I Had to return the product for sizing reasons, but the return process was very easy and credited quickly. Would purchase from Rock Creek again.
