I have consistently found R-S to have excellent customer service. Have shopped with them for years, both on-line and in their store in Atlanta. When something I order is back-ordered, they are very good about providing updates and expected time of delivery. When I ordered a monogramed baby cup and was dissatisfied with the way it turned out (even though, as it developed) it was my fault,they sent a new one. I couldn't ask for anything more. AND their prices are good.

ross-simons has always been an excellent company to deal with. their merchandise is top quality, their costumer service is excellent, and they have a wide variety of items to suit tastes from classy to sassy. they also have items for those of us who like something a bit more exotic or unusual with the same quality and pricing. i'm a real ross-simons fan!

Inexplicably the order number only worked 10% of the time when trying to track this shipment on merchants site. When tracking on shippers site no info was available beyond order placement until day of delivery. Item was poorly manufactured and unwearable and had to be returned at my cost.

Item arrived OK, but the outer carton and the inner box were both damaged. It's a gift so the inner box would have been the gift box, which I will use with appologies to the recipient. I did not notify R-S, since it would have been too much of a bother.
