The silver cubic zirconia hoop earrings were less than the expected quality. I almost sent them back. The clasp became misshapened the first time I wore them and the earring fell out of my ear. I had to take the earring to a jeweler for repair. For the money, I could have done better at my local jeweler. Ross Simmons advertising on the hoop earring made them look more high quality than the earrings actually were.

Hello. Even though i am from Canada, i find it less expensive than shopping for jewellery in my own country. Plus ross-simons carries a great deal of merchandise that I have never seen in Canada, nor am i likely to see in Canada.I find that the people who answer the phone when i call there are very helpful and know a lot about the products that are available. I had inadvertantly not sent my order via the internet and the vendor contacted me via e-mail to let me know that an incomplete order was pending. I was grateful to them, as I thought the order had been placed. My merchandise came quickly, even one item that was initially backordered arrived within a week. The merchandise was beautiful and nicely presented in a box and little suede bag. I would definitely order from Ross-Simons again.

The pearl, peridot and blue topaz sea life bracelet was of very poor quality and even at a sale price was still too much money and was returned. The S.S. graduated ring is of better quality and even with the sale price is still on the high side, but I plan to keep that purchase. The staff was courteous when I called for a return #. Shipping was fast. Packaging was skimpy, but the boxes arrived in good condition.

If I have questions or make an error on-line purcchase; the staff in customer service always fix the problem (error) I made or have the answers I needed.
