sameday music is the best thing that ever happened to the music equipment business as far as im concerned. before samedaymusic came along every other website or store was just a runaround, hassel filled experience for me. i never looked forward to purchasing musical equipment, even though i was excited about having new gear. this was because i knew that the effort involved would be a huge hassel; out of stock items, salespeople incompetance, ect. samedaymusic takes all of that away. i dont even think of buying anywhere else anymore.

Probably not. I ordered this item to take on vacation with me and when I left I still had not received it and it was well over 2 weeks. When I called they said that UPS was who I needed to contact and after explaining to them I felt that was their job to contact them they finally agreed to do it. I asked them to please just have it shipped back to them because I needed it on my trip and I would just purchase it when I got there. I then received and email from them telling me if they located it they would ship it to me and then I could refuse it. Anyway, I'm still on my vacation so have no idea if I received it or not.

I received the first shipment and it was defective. Mike in your return dept. sent a complete new system, it to was defective.
