This item was ordered on a holiday. It didn't matter. The order was processed and delivered by the merchant promptly and in perfect condition. This particular item was featured on several sites but SameDay Music was the only merchant who had it in stock. It was a birthday present and after cancelling the same order from someone else, he was finally able to get his present.

SameDayMusic states, "your order ships from the coser of our two warehousesthe same day you order." I live in NY. They have a warehouse in NJ. I ordered on a Tuesday, needing the item for a gig on Friday. I should have received it Wednesday or Thursday at the absolute latest. They shipped on Wednesday from Nevada. When I wrote to CS to complain, they never responded to my e-mail. This is the same company as American Musical Supply and Zzounds. My advice is to avoid them all.

One of the best online shopping experiences I have ever had (and I've had a lot!) They price-matched (and beat the best other price by 10%) by email within a half-hour- on a Sunday evening!! I placed the order right away, and got the well-packed unit on Tuesday. No phone call needed- no unwanted follow-up call by SameDay to try and sell me an extended warranty or other ancillary items I did not want. I have recommended them to several friends already, adn they are tops on my list for music-related items. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I have no problem with same day music except for one thing. i had bought a blemished item. This means that there may be cosmetic flaws. I saw no problem with that. However the product did have electronic flaws. It said on the sight that the product was garanteed to be flawless in that respect. I must admit however that it was under warrantee because i had purchased it from them. I have the instrument being fixed under warrantee now. So the problem was solved there took a little longer to actually have a working product. I dont mind that much about it as i did get a swell deal on this and its being taken care of.

Overall shopping experience was good. However, the power supply for the drum machine (sold separately) that I ordered isn't correct for the specific drum machine. SameDayMusic website shows this incorrect power supply as appropriate --- but it isn't compatible!
