My experience with this merchant is the worst I have ever experiened with an online merchant. The perfume I received was sent in dirty boxes that appeared to be used. I could not give them as gifts since they looked used. The box covers were worn and would not stay closed. When I wrote e-mails to request an exchange for new boxes, they kept responding saying I did not respond back to them. I kept sending copies of my earlier e-mails, but to no avail. I finally just gave up.

I would use this merchant again. The prices were very competitive and it was the only place online that had this item "in stock". This was a Xmas present for my mother.
