I feel ok about the service because i know was delivered in considerable time, but, my only complaint is that i recieved a phone call from you and i told you that i was going to my country November 12th, and the asistant who called me said that i will recive it on time, and i didn´t; so, in spite of i knew that it was unprobably,i made false expectantions about it. Unfortunelly, I came back to my country without the shoes.

Very nice website with thorough product description. I bought the same shoes that I already owned for a year. Great fit, very light shoes for work boots with soft leather upper that requires little or no break-in time. I also got the great discount that easily beat all other online or regular retailers' prices. I will difinitely come back and shop from this company in the future.

Although the 10% discount covered the shipping, i found the boots for $161 after order was made, so convert the exchange rate and another 30 for duty, i love the boots, however ther should be some flexibility with duty since we are the same continent, with the economy the way it is, it seems like getting gauged on shipping makes shopping locally more desireable.

I'm extremely disappointed with Shoebuy.  Purchased a pair of shoes in size 6.  However, it was delivered to me in size 6 for the left shoe but size 7 for the right shoe.

I find it ridiculous that items were not properly checked prior to shipment.

I've written in twice to Shoebuy but there was no reply at all.

Wouldn't recommend Shoebuy to non-US residents.  It's very inconvenient to make any exchanges or even get them to rectify their errors.

The first few orders from shoebuy arrived very quickly.  But now they have slowed to a snail's pace.  This last time I ordered from another retailer the same day, who ships USPS, and it has arrived while my shoebuy order still reads "in process."  My card has been charged but no progress on the order.  They do have a large selection, especially for women. The prices are very reasonable and the shipping IS free, no matter the order size.  You also get a member discount if you join and place a 2nd order within 60 days. 

They have really good prices on some brands like Robeez, Crocs, Striderite, and Aerosoles.

Also, they run specials quite often, so check in from time-to-time.

Bottom Line- I would reccomend them to a friend but I would say this: Shoebuy is awesome if your are not in a hurry, but if you need something fast, look elsewhere.

I placed a sort-of large order...5 pairs of shoes...they charged my account immediately...and three days later (when I was expecting it to arrive at my DOORSTEP!!) they called me to "CONFIRM" my order and said my order had come up for "review."

The woman calling could not give me a valid reason why the order had not been placed, other than, "It came up for review."  I carry no credit card debt...I order online ALL THE TIME from a selection of various reputable websites...my UPS driver knows me by name...so that I can spend time on weekends with my family instead of hunting things down in stores...and this has never happened to me.

RIDICULOUS!  I canceled the order and went with Zappos, the merchant I should have ordered from in the first place.

Excellent high quality web site that allops you to narrow down choices to color, size, brand etc. The products I bought now and in the past are very high quality and reasonably priced.
