When you find the product you are looking for on your web page, it would be very helpful if there was a short comment about the origin country of the product (China, Korea, Taiwan, EU, etc.) so we can find out about the taxes we would have to pay if we were to import the product throuh a customs agent. I bought a pair of tennis shoes 69.99 dls. and when they arrive to Laredo, Tx. I found out they were from China and have to pay 285.00 dls.tax. to have them sent to Mexico. Unfortunatelly, I had to return the product. Thank you.

Paid for item and even charged my credit card then a week later e-mails me to tell me that they are out of stock. Expecting the item to arrive at my door a week later not a message saying that they are out of stock. Didn't even offer to inform me when item will be back in or put me on a backorder list...nothing. Not the way to do business at all.

I received exactly what I ordered on time and in good packaging. I unfortunately had to return the item because it didn't fit. Returns are effortless with Shoes.com. I sent the item back with their paid return shipping label and I noticed a refund on my account right away. HOW MANY PLACES ARE GREAT UNTIL SERVICE ENTERS THE PICTURE? Shoes.com is great all around.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS company advertises sales to generate multiple purchases, and then CANCELS the so-called 'sale 'item........... FOR EXAMPLE: "Thank you for shopping Shoes.com. We regret to inform you that our warehouse has canceled the following item(s) from order 529536 due to insufficient inventory." AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shoes.com has helped me out tremendously. Having big feet and a preference for Birkenstocks makes it difficult to locate footwear - online or in person. Shoes.com, however, e-mails me regularly with specials and ALWAYS carries the shoes I want. They have a huge selection of brands, free returns, and frequently offer free shipping. They also participate in EBATES (www.ebates.com) - which offers a 10% cash back option in addition to other perks. As long as you're sure of your shoe size, ordering from Shoes.com makes a lot of sense! (and even if you're not, they'll foot - ha ha - the return bill)
