I had agreat experience with Shoes.com. My husband and I ordered sandels for an upcoming Vacation. I could see his had been shipped right out and mine didn't ship until a couple of days later. I was worried I wouldn't get mine in time to have for my vacation but they sent mine 2 day air at no extra charge and they both arrived the original date promised. I was very happy!

While I had to return the boots because they were too big, the process was simple. The boots which were clearly marked 7 1/2, were clearly not. I had a friend who is a size 8 1/2 try them on and they were too big for her. Probably mismarked by the manufacturer.

Ease of ordering was great and the shoes arrived on time. However when we went to exchange the shoes due to selecting the wrong size it became a nightmare. They took 2 weeks to process the return and then charged us for the new shoes prior to issuing credit for the old ones. Talked to a supervisor in customer service and was given the run around about it is beyond their control, the returns are processed at a different facility, etc.........
The supervisor I spoke with could not and would not be listen while I was speaking. prior to talking to a supervisor I had talked to 2 different customer service reps and got 2 different stories, then a 3rd story from the supervisor. It sounded like they were all trying to cover their asses and NO ONE had a clue how to provide customer service........... |

Through no fault of Shoes.com, I purchased and had to return 2 pairs of shoes. Both pair were returned very easily and credit to my account was immediate upon their receipt of the return.
