I purchased a ring as a birthday gift for my girlfriend here.  They shipped the "ring."  I gave it to my girlfriend and she opened it, surprised to find an ancient bronze coin pendant.   They shipped completely the wrong item.  I called and complained.  I was given two options.  Wait for the return label and the refund to process, then order the same ring again (risking its selling out).  Or order the ring again at a higher price, then I could return the wrong item and she would credit my card for the first return and she would also submit a request to manually change the price back to the original lower price.  I told her it was unacceptable, but she refused to do anything else.  They sent the wrong item and left me without a gift for my girlfriend's birthday. 

Secondly, before they even shipped the wrong item, they called me to verify that this was not a fraudulent transaction.  Their security question?  "What is your name?"  That was all.  I'm sure anyone who had stolen my credit card could enter a random throw-away phone number, answer, and give the name off the credit card.  My phone number they called wasn't even the one associated with the credit card. 

I will be returning the item and will not be shopping with them again.
