What a great experience!  I ordered something for the first time from Shoplet; immediately got an email confirming that, and then another one regarding shipping.  It came so fast that I told the company I thought they had someone personally fly it to me!

I have ordered from Shoplet before and rely on them to stock a few items I cannot find elsewhere. For example, each year, I need to find an At-A-Glance SD385 standard diary. No local store and none of the big chains carry this item. Shoplet does. Shoplet's delivery speed is outstanding. I placed my most recent order on a Sunday night and it was sitting in front of my door on Tuesday afternoon. Amazing. Their toner prices are higher than I have found it elsewhere but prices on their other products are at or below the chains and I trust Shoplet to have the products in stock and to ship them quickly.

I returned a binder on RMA 5046845, UPS picked up and then just brought it back with a refused stamp on it. I followed the guidlines that Andre gave for the return, I just spoke to Carson he said the item should not of been refused and rescheduled for UPS to pick up.

I HATE the fact that when I enter in a ligitimate coupon code, it bumps it out when I complete the sale. One day I will never use shoplet again because of that. I have to call in to get a credit to my card. Yuck!

This order arrived in a timely fashion. However, I am still waiting for a calendar ordered on a prior order and have not received anything. I ordered a desk lamp ($118) and it arrived very quickly. However, when I unpacked the lamp, it looked as if they had sent me a returned product (the packaging had clearly been opened before and there were sections of cardboard with old tape on them). When I set the lamp up, to my dismay, I realized that the head and arm of the lamp, which were made to extend over a desk in a certain position, would not stay in place, due to three cheap plastic "screws" that did not hold the position as they were desgined to do. The lamp was essentially useless since the head would fall and not shine where I needed. I read the return info. on the website and although they state that there is a time limit for returning defective goods, I have not heard back from them after a day and a half with the code to send the lamp back (at my expense...) I will never use Shoplet again. I am very unhappy.

Color was slightly different and a little dull compared to what we expected. We thought that the color would be a brighter Pink Color similar to what we previously purchased at Walmart that had your company name on it at the top of the binder. The color we received was a more dull pink and not the same product we purchased at Walmart. No big thing; Thanks

Great prices, product and delivery. Only bad thing is that my credit card is always charged the full amount. I have to call and get a credit for my coupon or discount code.
